What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead admissions, enrollment, college-access, or student-success strategy where I can build data-informed pipelines, strengthen persistence and career outcomes, and translate executive priorities into systems across teams and communities.

I've led admissions, college-readiness, and student-persistence work at The Academy Group, the University of Chicago, Stanford University, and public charter schools.

As Chief of Staff to the President at The Academy Group, I helped lead a four-city, 1,400-student pipeline from fourth grade through college, career entry, and early wealth-building. I coordinated recruitment, persistence, internships, employment pathways, executive priorities, and a $500K annual budget within an approximately $80M organization.

Across UChicago Charter School and REALM Charter High School, I built college-going systems that raised persistence from 67% to 89% and from 41% to 74%, respectively. I also maintained a 100% college acceptance rate at UChicago Charter and developed data-informed approaches to college selection, affordability, and postsecondary follow-up.

I've managed selective admissions recruitment territories for Stanford and the University of Chicago, advised students nationally through Empowerly and private counseling, and used Slate, Salesforce, PowerSchool, National Student Clearinghouse data, and REACH AI/LLM to identify barriers and advance student outcomes.
