At Entertainment Industry Foundation, I oversee career development initiatives including the Motion Picture Television Fund, The Hollywood Reporters Women In Entertainment Mentorship Program, Roybal Film and Television Magnet, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. I also support grant processes and evaluate progress through feedback from partners and participants.
At LA Promise Fund, I led outreach and recruitment across Title I high schools in South Los Angeles and advised students and families on college eligibility, admissions, financial aid, and dual enrollment. I tracked enrollment and progression using internal databases and reporting tools.
At LA-Tech.org, I led the strategy and implementation of the Business & Entrepreneurship Academy with Fika VC and the IT & Cyber Security Academy with Microsoft Philanthropies, serving 200+ students. I also developed and managed a $250K annual departmental budget.
Across my college access and student affairs work, I’ve reviewed applications and transcripts, advised students through academic and admissions pathways, and used systems including Salesforce, Airtable, and Monday.com to manage program and student data. I hold a Master of Art in Higher Education & Student Affairs from University of San Francisco.
