I am a college access professional with over six years of experience dedicated to helping students from diverse backgrounds enroll in and persist through college and alternative pathways. My journey has been marked by a commitment to building and sustaining a college-going culture in NYC public high schools. I have successfully implemented innovative strategies that expose students to various colleges, guiding them through the complex college application process and increasing FAFSA submission rates.

In my current role as the Director of College Counseling at the Student Leadership Network, I have executed comprehensive programs that include classroom presentations, student workshops, and college fairs. I manage multiple interns and support over 100 graduating seniors in their post-secondary decisions. My efforts in organizing career days and facilitating college awareness initiatives have significantly impacted students' understanding of their educational and career options.

Previously, as a College Advisor with the NYU College Advising Corps, I collaborated with school staff to enhance the college-going disposition of over 300 students. My initiatives led to a 12% increase in FAFSA submission rates, showcasing my ability to drive results through targeted workshops and personalized advising.
