I’m looking for a role where I can run hiring operations end-to-end and automate workflows using ATS-driven tracking—improving SLA adherence, pipeline visibility, and execution clarity at scale with data-informed process improvements.

I’m a hiring operations professional with 5+ years of experience optimizing end-to-end recruitment workflows at scale. I lead execution across screening, coordination, and interview stages while improving candidate movement clarity and reducing execution gaps.

Most recently as a Senior Operations Manager, I managed hiring workflow delivery across 30+ roles/month and led teams of 20+ screeners and recruiting coordinators (and 40+ members across delivery). I identify bottlenecks in candidate tracking and follow-ups, improve pipeline visibility, and use screening/scheduling data to optimize workflow distribution and resource allocation.
