I am an operations leader with 6+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment operations, talent delivery, and BPO environments, currently serving as Acting Operations Team Lead and Quality Auditor supporting Microsoft hiring programs. I lead and coach teams, manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, and act as escalation owner to ensure interview readiness and seamless candidate pipeline movement.

I have a track record of maintaining 100% SLA compliance while managing high-volume profiling queues (150+ tickets daily), directing WOW/MOM reporting and dashboards, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and quality. I designed and delivered training across 10–12 onboarding batches and implemented governance and audit processes that reduced deviations and strengthened compliance.

I partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on priorities, drive process improvements, and present insights in weekly and monthly business reviews.
