I seek a role in a dynamic, growth-oriented company where I can use my communication and troubleshooting skills, work hybrid/rotational shifts, support customer retention, and grow through process improvement and mentorship.

I am a BBA graduate with one year of experience as a Customer Care Representative at Jio Reliance (March 2024–April 2025), focused on delivering high-quality customer support.

I handled 60–80 inbound customer calls daily, resolving billing, data-plan, and network issues while achieving high customer satisfaction and call resolution rates. I retained customers by explaining Jio’s best offers versus competitors and reported daily issues to team leaders for process improvement.
