I’m a customer support professional with 2 years of experience in Reliance Jio voice processes, handling high-volume customer interactions. I manage SIM, network, plans, and billing queries while keeping service quality and customer experience at the center of every call.

I pride myself on being able to resolve complaints efficiently, explain plans and services clearly, and follow company SOPs, complaint guidelines, and quality standards. My communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills help me deliver accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce, and I’m building on my strengths in time management, adaptability/flexibility, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel).
