What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role in a structured organization where I can apply business development, admin, and data skills while growing in process improvement and digital tools.

I am an Information Systems graduate with practical experience in business development, administration, and data entry, backed by a 3.83 GPA and a published journal project on user satisfaction using Webqual 4.0. I combine strong digital tool proficiency with clear communication and attention to detail.

During my internship at PT Citi Asia Internasional I supported business executive activities, coordinated stakeholder communications through MOU processes, and collaborated with system analysts to recommend business flows. As a freelancer I validated and delivered 300+ email records and managed daily online store operations for 30+ customers, improving data accuracy and order processing.

I hold certifications including BNSP IT Service Management and Microsoft Office Specialist credentials, and I actively volunteer in event registration and student media roles. I seek roles where organization, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued.
