I've spent my career in a BPO as a customer success rep. On a normal day I took 25+ inbound calls and worked through 8-10 tickets, mostly in our Einstein CRM and Excel, plus a few internal tools the company built for itself. It was busy work, but I liked it. You learn fast how to stay calm when someone's upset and how to explain a fix without making them feel talked down to.
A few things I'm proud of: my CSAT stayed above 80, I tracked NPS, and my upsell rate hit 22% when the target was 15%. I didn't get there by pushing products. I just listened to what the customer needed and pointed them to what actually helped.
Now I want to move into customer success proper, so a Customer Success Associate or client relations role. I'd like to be there earlier in the customer's journey, help with onboarding, and build relationships that last past the first call. Remote is a must for me, and I'm happy to work with teams in any time zone.
I'm someone who likes figuring things out on my own, writes clearly, and keeps learning. I'd like to grow into senior customer success roles over time.
