I am a Sales and Customer Service professional with experience in tourism, airport transportation, reservations management, and team leadership. Over the past several years, I have worked in fast-paced customer-focused environments, managing high-volume interactions through phone, email, live chat, and CRM systems while ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.
I currently work as a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor in Cancun’s airport transportation industry, where I supervise customer service and reservations teams, resolve escalated concerns, improve operational procedures, analyze service metrics, and train staff to enhance communication and productivity. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service & Reservations Representative handling bookings, payments, refunds, and transportation logistics for international travelers.
Before transitioning fully into customer service operations, I worked in sales and vacation marketing, selling travel packages to customers in the United States and Canada while coaching sales teams to improve closing techniques and customer engagement.
I hold a Master’s degree in Fashion Design & Styling and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, which strengthened my creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, with intermediate French proficiency.
