I'm looking to lead high-impact strategy and transformation work, partnering with senior leaders on value creation, M&A integration, operational improvement, and growth across complex businesses.

At Unifrutti Group, I lead transformation initiatives across PMI, revenue growth and supply-chain optimization for a global fresh-fruit business. I have identified opportunities including $10M in annual LATAM revenue uplift, $30M+ in supply-chain savings potential, and a $25M annual EBITDA uplift portfolio for Philippines-sourced bananas.

Previously, I led transformation engagements for ADQ portfolio companies at Contango and delivered strategy, operating-model, and transformation work at McKinsey across banking, mining, government, and public services. My foundation in investment banking at EFG Hermes includes corporate development, financial modeling, valuation, and financial performance and analysis.
