What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation where I can integrate finance, technology, HR and operations, deliver systems implementation, and build scalable governance and operating models with executive sponsorship.

At 360 Investment Group in Dubai, I lead transformation across finance, technology, HR and operations, reporting directly to the CEO. I turn executive priorities into delivery portfolios, scalable operating models, governance frameworks and sustained adoption.

I led the business side of an SAP ERP implementation across five entities and approximately 50 users, covering FI/CO and MM from requirements through cutover. I also built a proprietary ERP with automated invoicing end-to-end and manage vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional teams of 20+.

My consulting work for Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale has covered international finance, regulatory, data migration and KYC transformation programmes across Europe, Asia, the GCC and the US. I also serve as a board member and CFO for UFE Dubai, building financial governance, budgeting, reporting and audit readiness.
