At Management Solutions Experts (MSE), a Kearney company, I've spent nine years building and running PMOs, EPMOs, and Transformation Offices for GCC and MENA government entities.
I've established governance for major programs including a Saudi Royal Commission health portfolio, a national higher education ministry, a leading Middle East specialist hospital, and a national premium residency program. My work has covered 26-project health governance, 19 Vision 2030 initiatives, a 142-project hospital Transformation Management Office, and real-time AI-powered BI tracking across 29 projects.
As co-lead of MSE's PMO & Transformation Practice, I authored the Strategy to Execution methodology used by 50+ consultants across 15+ engagements. I also lead proposals, pricing and profitability modelling, executive reporting, steering committees, and delivery teams across strategy, project, and change management.
I've directed strategy and operating model engagements, including a $500M+ GCC government transformation program that established three strategic sector entities and secured the budget to begin activation. I bring hands-on experience across ERP implementation, systems integration, BI, risk management, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
