At Kearney, I built a US$7–10M Middle East Metals & Mining business unit and co-headed the Moscow office, with P&L responsibility for 60+ consultants. My work for metals and mining producers delivered US$100M+ in annual procurement savings, while a national critical minerals plan identified more than US$50B in investment opportunities.
I’ve worked across Rome, Moscow, Riyadh and Dubai, and advise Target AI on growth strategy and go-to-market. I bring experience spanning industrial transformation, value creation and AI applications in industrial and FMCG businesses.
