What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on transformation, turnaround and performance-improvement work where I can redesign operations, build practical operating models, embed automation and partner closely with boards, owners and executive teams.

I've led hands-on transformations for boards, owners and executives across the GCC, turning strategy into operating reality through redesigned operations, governance and automation.

As an independent Strategic Advisor, I led a family-owned group turnaround, ran efficiency programmes across business units, and built operating models and governance for new and restructured organisations. I also developed commercial cases and business plans for growth and investment decisions.

At McKinsey & Company, I delivered transformation, operating model and commercial strategy engagements for government and large private-sector clients. I led a national transformation programme involving 15+ entities, designed a telecommunications operator's strategy and operating model, and supported investment decisions for a large-scale industrial megaproject.

Earlier at AECOM, I managed procurement for the 40,000-seat Al Rayyan Stadium, delivered a $30M project portfolio on time and within budget, and built a design tool that reduced structural design iteration from two weeks to one day.
