What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my language and communication skills to make a real impact, whether through teaching, translation, social media, or customer service. I value a supportive team, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow and learn new things. Flexibility and a positive work environment are also important to me.

I’ve always enjoyed roles where language and communication bring people together. I speak Arabic and English fluently and am learning Italian. I managed social media for Pardo Cafe, which has over 23,000 followers across platforms, helping to boost engagement significantly. I also handled the socials for Per Esempio, where engagement improved noticeably during my time there.

In teaching, I worked at language centers in Palestine, teaching English to groups of around 20 students, and provided freelance lessons to individual learners. Here in Italy, I’ve taught Arabic to many students and ran English classes for older women at Handala, a women’s center in Palermo. Despite being a beginner in Italian, I successfully communicated and adapted lessons to fit their needs.

Whether managing online communities, teaching language skills, or supporting customers, I bring patience, clarity, and a genuine desire to help. I’m seeking opportunities where I can grow my skills, learn more, and build meaningful connections through clear, human communication.
