Founded a technology venture studio, originally in 2015, paused for full-time roles, and re-activated in 2023 as the holding entity for Teja. Co-founded Zmed, a B2B distribution platform, and architected a B2B jewelry marketplace.

Scaled engineering team from 5 to 12 engineers across India, London, and the US. Designed and shipped a multimodal document intelligence pipeline using Azure AI Vision and AWS Textract, lifting extraction accuracy by 25% and cutting processing time by 20%.

Joined as the first engineer after the CTO and helped scale a property-management platform to 1,000+ small-business customers across DACH and the EU. Personally implemented ~50% of platform features end-to-end and contributed across 100% of the product surface.
