What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-native SaaS and enterprise products where I can own end-to-end engineering, develop reliable agentic workflows, and scale products from 0→1 toward 1→100.

At Instalent, I build and scale an AI-powered talent and client sourcing platform spanning multi-channel campaigns, a unified inbox, automated workflows, extensions, analytics, and enterprise integrations. I architect its agent layer with MCP and Mastra, using structured tool contracts, context-aware workflows, harnesses, and evaluations to improve reliability.

I created a custom agent-driven software factory using Claude Code, Codex, TDD, automated E2E validation, and code review. I also optimized enrichment workflows with dynamic waterfall execution and async processing, reducing key vendor latency from roughly 15–30 seconds to 3–4 seconds.

Previously, I delivered enterprise healthcare and HRMS platforms, web scrapers, AI agents, integrations, secure authentication systems, and IoT solutions across Angular, Next.js, Node.js, React, cloud, and databases. I enjoy taking products from 0→1 and building the architecture needed to scale them toward 1→100.
