Engineering Manager building AI-accelerated, high-scale testing platforms and leadership pipelines.

What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead engineering that ships high-scale products, uses AI to accelerate delivery, and runs with operational discipline—building teams, mentoring leaders, and improving performance, reliability, and developer onboarding end to end.

I’m an Engineering Manager and “repeat 0 to 1 to N” engineering leader with 11+ years in software and 5+ in engineering management, including 2 years managing managers. At BrowserStack, I lead engineering for the flagship, highest-revenue product ($60M+ ARR, 2M daily sessions), guiding a 12-person team (including a Tech Lead) and supporting a broader leadership pipeline.

I build systems that directly move product and operations metrics. I led a multi-quarter performance program that cut Automate test build times by 50%, created a slowness attribution tool to help Sales and Support win competitive POCs, and modernized onboarding—replacing stale docs with an LLM Q&A layer so new engineers reach first production contribution 40% sooner.

I’m a strong believer in AI leverage and operational excellence. I drove BrowserStack’s org-wide shift to AI-assisted engineering by building custom Claude Code harnesses that lifted per-engineer throughput 4x, plus an automated sprint-grooming assistant used by all teams. I also helped push production stability—cutting ~300 weekly P1 alerts by 70% and production incidents ~35%—while restoring team morale and velocity through targeted, fair leadership action.

Innovation and technical depth are part of how I lead. I champion the company’s patent program (15 USPTO filings in a year) and co-invented 3 patent applications. Previously at VMware, I was a founding engineer building “0 to 1” products and led an acting-manager period; at TCS, I delivered backend modules for core banking processes.
