What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow alongside a company where I can solve technical problems, support people with patience and empathy, take on new challenges, and contribute to cloud, endpoint, and infrastructure improvements.

At HSL Compliance, I support the move from hybrid Microsoft 365 to a cloud-based environment, retiring legacy Windows Server infrastructure, migrating endpoints into Intune and Entra, and moving network drives into SharePoint.

I've also upgraded RDS for 120 users, modernised Active Directory and Group Policy, deployed Jamf and Meraki infrastructure, and supported users through responsive ticket-based and remote IT support.
