I’m looking to continue progressing toward an assistant manager role—where I can lead a team, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory and vendor coordination, and apply accurate data entry and bank reconciliation to support strong results.

I’m a customer service team leader with experience handling front-line customer needs, resolving inquiries and complaints, and driving sales results. After transitioning from cashier work, I’ve progressed by delivering precise data entry, providing exceptional service, and managing customer-facing transactions with professionalism.

In my current role, I lead and develop effective teams, delegate responsibilities efficiently, and manage inventory stocking and ordering through vendor management. I also handle bank reconciliation duties, lead team performance in sales, and step in during customer issues by offering solutions when products aren’t available, malfunction, or don’t meet expectations.
