I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can drive Agile transformation and Scrum adoption, lead multi-team delivery, and build release and tracking workflows that make outcomes predictable—while partnering closely with Product and stakeholders.

I’m a Senior Project & Delivery Manager and Scrum Master with 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across software, e-commerce, AI, gaming, Forex, and technical platforms. I specialize in Agile transformation, Scrum implementation, and delivery governance—building workflows, release management processes, and tracking systems that enable predictable delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.

In my current role at Digitain, I manage delivery across two cross-functional teams (algorithm and sportsbook design), owning scope, timelines, milestones, and cross-team dependencies while facilitating Agile ceremonies and aligning roadmap expectations with Product. Previously, I led Agile transformation and Scrum adoption at IronFX, and managed end-to-end project delivery at Ucraft and Hoory—translating requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and improving sprint tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
