What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles where I can lead professional learning systems, coach teachers, design CTE curriculum, use data for improvement, and partner with stakeholders to boost instructional quality.

I am a strategic instructional leader with over a decade of experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional learning aligned to district instructional priorities and adult learning best practices.

I have led CTE curriculum development and program evaluation for secondary Health Science programs and postsecondary training, integrating blended and inquiry-based learning to increase certification readiness and student engagement.

I use data to measure implementation effectiveness, provide data-driven feedback, and support continuous improvement while building teacher leadership through job-embedded coaching and PLC facilitation.

I partner with community health organizations, serve in campus leadership roles, and hold public health and teaching credentials that strengthen my ability to align curriculum to industry standards and workforce competencies.
