I'm looking for a remote role blending strategic HR leadership—operations, compliance, and employee relations—with hands-on execution. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can bring order to ambiguity, building robust structures and supportive cultures while partnering closely with global teams and stakeholders.

At MacGregor, I led U.S. HR through a corporate carve-out, architecting a Paychex HRIS and payroll transition while bringing fragmented multi-state tax, timekeeping, and compliance operations under control. I independently managed employee relations, payroll, onboarding, and benefits design & administration across four time zones.

Previously, I built Vario Productions’ HR function from the ground up for a remote team across ten states, implemented Paylocity, and led benefits, payroll, investigations, and culture initiatives. I’ve also created foundational HR programs at Vandeventer Black LLP, managed benefits for 600+ associates at LTD Hospitality Group, and bring more than 14 years of progressive HR experience.
