I’m a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional focused on patient billing accuracy, DME claim handling, and dispute resolution. I collect patient payments, review claims, conduct account audits, and resolve disputes with timely, compliant responses.
In my current healthcare account work, I manage billing and payment processing using Brightree, coordinate and update dispute tickets in Zendesk, and handle balances and account explanations through PureCloud (Genesys Cloud). I also support complex escalations as a key member of the Escalations Team, including denial analysis and offering payment plans when needed.
Before that, I built strong customer-care experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls for telecom accounts, and providing global customer support for travel reservations and food delivery logistics through live chat and email.
