I seek a role where I can design impactful learning programs, manage LMS and onboarding, collaborate with community partners, and grow into expanded leadership while delivering measurable program outcomes.

I am an experienced management and learning & development professional who designs and delivers training, onboarding, and educational programs that align with organizational goals. I combine creative problem-solving, community engagement, and technical proficiency—managing LMS platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement—to improve performance and learner outcomes.

My work includes designing K–12 and community-focused curricula, leading staff development across multiple sites, administering Oracle Taleo and other LMS tools, authoring competitive grants, and driving measurable results such as a 17% increase in web traffic and strengthened partner networks.
