I’m seeking leadership roles in content, community or growth where I can design engagement-first ecosystems, scale creator programs, and drive measurable acquisition, retention and monetisation.

I am a community, content and growth leader with 10+ years building communities from 0→1 and scaling them to millions, combining operator rigor with hands-on creator experience. I have built global kids' communities across 150+ countries at DIY.org, led creator-led growth and community operations at The Good Glamm Group, and grown my own music and content brand to 50M+ impressions.
