I seek a Regional/Zonal Sales Manager role in Kolkata/Eastern India (or remote) leading distributor and key-account teams, driving growth in microinsurance and channel partnerships.

I am a sales leader with 20 years' experience across B2C and B2B channels, focused on insurance, microfinance and wealth management. I have led branch and regional teams and been a key founder member of four startup teams.

In my current role as AVP & Regional Manager at Aiqa Health (Medanta Hospital Group) I manage micro health insurance partnerships with regional rural banks, microfinance institutions and NBFCs across East India. I oversee hiring, key-account management, training and monthly budget delivery while handling claims and partner escalations. Previously I held senior sales and branch leadership roles at Chola Mandalam, PNB MetLife, Reliance Nippon, Future Generali, Bajaj Allianz and TATA AIA.
