I’m a project and delivery-focused professional with 4+ years of experience across client delivery, healthcare technology implementations, production support, testing, and stakeholder coordination. I’m known for managing client projects from kickoff to delivery while keeping execution aligned across teams.
At Veradigm, I owned end-to-end HL7 interface delivery for US healthcare clients—translating requirements, troubleshooting interface issues, and supporting clients through calls and meetings. I investigated production issues using SQL in SSMS and maintained 93% utilization while managing multiple client workstreams.
