I’m a Project Manager with 6+ years leading Agile software delivery for US and UK clients, from requirements workshops to post-go-live support. I specialize in sprint/release planning, Jira-based tracking, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, QA, design, and DevOps. In my current role as Associate Project Manager, I manage end-to-end ERP implementation and client-specific business solution projects. I translate BRD/FRS/SRS inputs into Jira epics, workflows, and tasks, then coordinate effort estimation, capacity planning, and backlog grooming. I mitigate risk and dependencies early by monitoring velocity, burn-down, and project health metrics to drive smarter release decisions.

I run the day-to-day delivery cadence—building sprint plans, release dashboards, and delivery tracking reports—while keeping stakeholders aligned through weekly status reporting, project review meetings, and escalation handling. I also coordinate deployment activities with DevOps teams, including AWS-based delivery environment support, to ensure smooth go-lives and effective client adoption.

Before moving fully into project delivery, I worked as a Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst, strengthening my ability to gather requirements, document processes, and support UAT for successful feature delivery. I bring that analytical mindset into execution, ensuring teams stay focused on business outcomes and customer value.
