What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can manage high-volume requests, communicate clearly under pressure, and use structured follow-through to resolve concerns quickly—ideally with a team that values data accuracy, strong documentation, and remote-friendly collaboration.

I’m a customer service professional with 10+ years delivering fast, reliable support in high-volume, high-end environments. I handle many simultaneous requests, communicate clearly and professionally, and stay satisfaction-focused under pressure.

As Captain at Sodexo Live, The Rady Shell, I communicate with internal and external teams to ensure clear expectations and coordinate day-to-day operations. I manage teams of 30-60 staff members, customize layouts to fit each client’s needs, coordinate arrival of supplies, and keep work running smoothly through accurate daily data entry of sales and daily inventory of products—supported by strong documentation accuracy and data integrity.

Previously, as Captain at Sodexo Live, Balboa Theater , I managed teams of 15-30 staff members while maintaining the same standards for documentation accuracy and operational follow-through. I also coordinated with clients to ensure full understanding of timelines so the team can properly organize execution, while prioritizing tasks to meet time-sensitive needs.

Earlier in my career as a Bartender | Server at Brigantine, Portside Pier, I built the guest-first habits that still guide how I support customers today. I supported customer safety (including allergies) through clear communication with kitchen staff, delivered guest satisfaction through clear expectations and proactive follow-through, and applied structured communication while handling setup/breakdown and maintaining polished service presentation.

I also just recently earned the Hub Spot Service Hub Software Certification (July 2026) to strengthen my customer support toolkit.
