I counseled employees on core and voluntary benefits, helping with enrollment, plan changes, and beneficiary updates. I also supported enrollment through phone, chat, video, virtual office, and onsite communications.
I trained, coached, and supervised benefits representatives and agents in virtual and worksite environments. I used adult learning principles to deliver benefits and system training and provided ongoing coaching and feedback.
Most recently, at TTEC, I educated individuals about healthcare coverage, plan options, eligibility, enrollment, and renewals. I guided customers through plan selection and enrollment while protecting confidential information and following HIPAA requirements.
