I’m a results-driven sales and customer service professional with experience in business ownership, client relations, lead generation, and consulting. I focus on building strong relationships and turning outreach into real opportunities.
As an Owner & Operations Manager, I managed customer communications, appointment scheduling, client follow-up, and customer retention efforts. I also led staff supervision and sales operations while maintaining customer records, running marketing campaigns, and strengthening customer loyalty.
