I’m looking for a Customer Success and Sales leadership role where I can use AI-driven CRM analytics to reduce churn, accelerate B2B adoption, and lead remote onboarding/training for strong, cross-functional results.

I’m a dynamic Sales Leader and Customer Success Manager with 10+ years of cross-functional experience helping businesses accelerate account retention and scale growth. I specialize in full-cycle B2B consultative sales, onboarding accounts, and improving long-term engagement.

Across remote and on-site environments, I focus on churn reduction, relationship management, and delivering exceptional client experiences. I use AI-driven market intelligence and CRM data analytics to decrease churn, maximize cross-selling, and find product-led growth opportunities.

Most recently, I execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to drive B2B platform adoption and deliver virtual product demonstrations and consultative business reviews. I also spearhead remote client onboarding and training initiatives to ensure rapid product adoption and sustained user retention.

Before that, I served in roles spanning financial concierge support and complex consultative residential sales, including guiding clients through integrated SaaS financial tools and multi-month delivery lifecycles.
