I’m a customer-focused Enrollment Specialist with a strong record of streamlining operations, maintaining accurate data, and communicating clearly with the people who rely on my work. I’m reliable, organized, and detail oriented, and I aim to exceed employer expectations through continuous professional development.

In my most recent role, I performed detailed data entry within strict timelines, generated and distributed confidential letters of inquiry, documented respondent responses, and ensured information accuracy through collaboration with related teams. I also uploaded and logged completed spreadsheets into departmental databases and shared-drive folders, providing steady support to legal and tribal teams as needed.

Previously, I served as an Enrollment Specialist for a solar incentive program “first of its kind in Hawai’i,” where I developed internal resources and processes, maintained and reviewed customer data, and enhanced service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
