I seek a senior compensation or total rewards role where I can lead global pay strategy, design incentive and equity programs, partner with HR and executives, and drive fair, cost-effective reward structures that support growth and retention.

I am a compensation subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience designing global pay structures, incentive plans, and equity programs. I combine hands-on consulting and in-house leadership to deliver market-priced job architectures, commission plans, and variable pay solutions across multiple industries.

I have created compensation structures for 25+ countries, managed comp programs for thousands of employees, and led complex integrations during mergers and HRIS conversions. I hold CCP, SPHR and PMP certifications and an MBA, and I apply rigorous analytical methods to ensure compliance, equity, and cost-effective reward programs.

I am pragmatic and results-oriented, mentoring teams, partnering with HR business partners, and communicating with executives to implement scalable compensation frameworks that support retention, mobility, and business objectives.
