I've supported AWS infrastructure and more than 250 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7/8 servers across production and test environments at Olectra Greentech Limited. My work covered EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, daily monitoring, health checks, and operational support.
I investigate CPU, memory, disk, filesystem, service, and access issues while handling P1, P2, and P3 incidents through Remedy and Helix. I've also delivered quarterly OS patching and security updates using YUM, RPM, and Red Hat Satellite.
At Chemito Infotech, I resolved Linux server incidents, managed user access and permissions, configured NFS shares, maintained EC2 Linux instances, and supported server decommissioning. Earlier at Prime Edge Info, I installed, configured, and troubleshot Linux-based ITS devices while providing customer training and field support.
I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and continue building my skills in Linux, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Terraform, Git, GitHub, and Mainframe Operations.
