At Beer Here, I oversee daily operations for a retail beer store generating $1M+ in annual revenue, with direct responsibility for P&L performance, inventory control, vendor relationships, pricing, staffing, and service standards.

I led the evaluation and rollout of a new POS system that reduced monthly operating costs and enabled website integration and DoorDash delivery. I also built the store's first structured Instagram and Facebook strategy, from brand audit and content pillars to performance tracking and merchandising displays.

My experience includes training sales teams at Aspyre Agency, where I was promoted from Marketing Associate to Corporate Trainer, as well as managing social media for StoneAartsy and growing its Instagram and Facebook audience from 500 to 2,000+.

I've also managed hotel front desk and night audit operations at Courtyard by Marriott and ran day-to-day store operations at Extreme Pita. I bring a hands-on, builder's approach to operations, guest experience, team coaching, and brand visibility.
