Before Orkin, I spent more than 13 years at Chase Park Plaza Hotel managing guest inquiries, reservations, room-service requests, and 24-hour operational support. I helped coordinate events and guest amenities, prepared operational reports, supported service standards, and built guest relationships that encouraged repeat business.

I'm comfortable managing high-volume workloads, navigating multiple systems, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating across teams to keep operations moving.

My Medical Assisting coursework strengthened my knowledge of medical terminology, patient care, medical office procedures, HIPAA compliance, and patient confidentiality. I'm prepared to bring my customer service and administrative background to healthcare-facing roles.
