I use ModMed to update demographics, document interactions, protect confidential health information, and coordinate with patients, providers, and healthcare staff. I’m trusted to handle difficult concerns with active listening, problem-solving, and professionalism.

Previously at Adecco Staffing, I managed a pipeline of 30–40 temporary and contract associates. I sourced, screened, interviewed, onboarded, and supported candidates using Bullhorn, Workday, ATS platforms, background-check systems, drug-screening systems, and payroll tools.

I also bring high-volume customer service experience in home services and retail, including appointment scheduling, dispatch coordination, work orders, billing questions, order support, and complaint resolution.
