I’m looking for a healthcare administrative role where I can support leadership with scheduling, calendars, and executive-ready communication while owning fast-paced coordination and high-quality patient/customer service.

I’m a detail-oriented administrative and customer service professional with over 5 years of experience in healthcare operations within the Cleveland Clinic system. I support chairpersons, senior leaders, and medical directors with daily calendar management, scheduling, phone communications, and correspondence. I’m a go-to liaison between internal departments, providers, and external customers.

Before my current role, I served as an Administrative Assistant II and Appointment Center Patient Service Specialist, coordinating appointments across multiple departments, handling high-volume customer service, and maintaining accurate patient documentation in Epic. I bring strong communication, multitasking, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to help keep fast-paced workflows running smoothly.
