What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer-facing healthcare technology implementations where I can improve clinical workflows, strengthen adoption, train clinicians, and help care teams deliver better patient outcomes.

I've led healthcare technology implementations for organizations including BioIntelliSense, Biofourmis, Bigfoot Biomedical, and Vivify Health, supporting remote patient monitoring, virtual care, Hospital-at-Home, and population health programs.

I translate clinical and operational needs into practical workflows, implementation plans, training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization. Across 50+ implementation and go-live initiatives, I've supported 12–20 healthcare organizations and trained hundreds of clinicians in technology-enabled clinical workflows.

At Bigfoot Biomedical, I led and mentored a regional client success team of nurses and dietitians, was recognized as Client Success MVP for the highest number of successful KPI accounts, and was promoted to Senior Manager leading a team of 12.

I'm a registered nurse with 25+ years spanning emergency care, case management, care transitions, clinical operations, and digital health. I build trusted relationships with clinicians, practice leaders, IT, operations, and executive stakeholders to remove adoption barriers and improve patient success.
