I’m a strategic HR business partner who drives HR initiatives across North America, Latin America, and global teams. I’m recognized for building scalable HR programs, mentoring leadership, and using organizational health metrics to improve engagement and retention.
In my current role as Senior Manager of HR Business Partner, Americas, I act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders across the U.S., Canada, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. I own end-to-end HR initiatives—aligning stakeholders while delivering M&A integrations, new-country launches, policy harmonization, and employee listening programs.
I lead HRBP practice across regional and global functions (GTM, IT, Tech, Customer Service, Legal, Finance, and Product) and support cross-functional project teams. I’ve built manager capability through toolkits, targeted coaching, and refreshed performance management cycles, strengthening consistency across distributed teams.
I partner deeply with COEs and HR Ops to improve leave workflows, compensation reviews, and HRIS/payroll data integrity—supporting audits, I-9 remediation, and responsive service. I’m also the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, translating turnover and engagement indicators into action plans that reduce regrettable attrition and improve team health.
