What I'm looking for
I’m a SHRM-CP certified Senior HR Business Partner with 15+ years of progressive experience across healthcare, consulting, transit and public sector, hospitality, and regulated industries. I advise executives and frontline leaders on employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management—especially in unionized and multi-state environments.
I build HR infrastructure as a “department of one” and also partner within larger HR Center of Excellence models across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. From leading labor relations (contract negotiations and grievance resolution) to redesigning onboarding and implementing performance frameworks, I use HR data and people analytics to drive compliance, risk mitigation, and measurable business results.
