I’m looking to leverage my operations, quality, and customer support experience in a dynamic organization. I want to contribute immediately, keep growing professionally, and be part of a team that values safety, organization, and continuous improvement.

I’m a driven operations professional with a track record of managing multiple priorities, maintaining safety, and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to every shift.

Most recently, I worked as a Press Operator at TOPRE AMERICA, where I ran automatic, transfer, and tandem line presses at specified rates. I completed first piece approval, performed required quality checks and on-time documentation, handled preventative maintenance, and supported continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.

Before that, I served as a USPS Clerk / Supervisor, operating and monitoring mail sortation workflows using established safe work methods. I loaded and started automated equipment, cleared jams, ran machine reports, prepared work areas with needed materials, supported forklift and logistics tasks, and ensured timely delivery.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Background Investigator for the Seminole Tribe of Florida and supported licensing requirements through data entry, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, file organization, and employment/reference verification. I also built a strong customer-service foundation in call center and retail roles, including VIP reservations, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining a consistently positive customer experience.
