In my current role at ups mail innovations, I process packages with consistent speed—scanning every seven seconds—while handling disputes, oversized boxes, and organized flow for next steps.

Before that, I built customer-facing and operations experience at Sam's Club and The Home Depot, including timely merchandise support and thorough POS checkout and cash handling. I earned “employee of the month” at The Home Depot within my first few weeks, and I bring a detail-first approach using tools like RF scanner, pallet jack, data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
