I’m a Warehouse Associate/Office Technician focused on keeping operations running smoothly while delivering responsive customer support. Since April 2022, I’ve handled warehouse assembly and logistics work alongside office duties tied to gas crew needs and outages.
I bring strong call center experience, including opening/closing accounts, debt collections, and managing power shut on/off processes. I also use main banks to locate payments and post them accurately to customer accounts, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and correctly.
