I’m a hands-on logistics and customer service professional with experience across warehouses, fulfillment, and in-store cashier roles. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, learning quickly, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
In my most recent role as a FedEx Ground Package Handler, I’m responsible for physical loading, unloading, and sorting packages within the facility. I bring the same attention to detail to earlier warehouse and fulfillment work, including labeling, packing, quality checks, and maintaining efficient daily station routines.
I also have strong front-line customer service experience from roles as a cashier and call representative. I handled orders and payments, assisted customers with questions and billing needs, and supported sales and store operations by helping drive customer satisfaction.
I’m CPR certified and completed Health Academy certification, and I’ve earned recognition through awards for achievement. I bring leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking to every task—whether I’m assembling, packing, shipping, or serving customers.

Tested the machines for the day and logged results in the log book. Assembled valves at assigned stations, labeled them, packed them into 50-piece boxes, and prepared boxes for shipment.
