I spent the better part of a decade doing the first one — building Anixter's Asia Pacific commercial operation from the ground up, overseeing 21 locations across 15 countries, managing a $70M strategic relationship with Lucent Technologies, and directing landmark infrastructure deployments at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Clark Airport in the Philippines. Then London, where I grew a new European supply chain services division from $800K to $53M in under three years.
The common thread was systems thinking at scale. How do you build something that delivers consistently across a dozen time zones, cultures, and supply chains — without you personally fixing every break?
That's exactly the question AI agentic work answers. And I'm building those systems now.
