I’m seeking a hospitality role where I can grow, take on more responsibility, and keep delivering proactive, customer-focused service. I want a team environment that values training, high standards, and continuous professional development.

I’m a proactive, customer-focused hospitality professional with over four years of experience delivering consistent guest service and smooth restaurant operations. I’m driven by continuous professional development, expanding my skill set, and embracing additional responsibilities.

Since 05/2025, I’ve been working as a Head Waiter at FUNDAMENTAL HOSPITALITY, leading service delivery through team leadership and training. I oversee guest interaction and service, support operational setup and maintenance, and manage interdepartmental coordination to keep service running smoothly.

I also handle guest-facing accountability, including financial handling and issue resolution, ensuring payments are processed correctly and concerns are addressed quickly. My approach keeps standards strong while maintaining a welcoming, customer-first experience.

Previously, at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah (11/2022 - 04/2025), I worked as a waiter/barista, including greeting and escorting guests, presenting menus and recommendations, and managing billing procedures for both in-house and non-resident guests. Earlier, as an F&B assistant at Gelian hotel (01/2021 - 07/2022), I gained solid foundations in greeting customers, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff for a smooth guest experience—backed by my Diploma in Guest Service from Kenya Institute of Management.
